Hearing aids technology is ever more sophisticated, but the right staff is what makes this franchise location very special. Rain is polite and competent at repairs and the audiologist Dana was recruited from the recently closed hearing clinic at Mt Sinai hospital. You won't find a better team!

I went for a hearing test at this center on the recommendation of my family doctor. As soon as the test was completed, I received an aggressive sales pitch suggesting I spend a lot of money on hearing aids even though my hearing isn't that bad. There is clearly a conflict of interest here, taking advantage of elderly folks. I suggest other folks get a more objective hearing test somewhere else where they aren't subjected to such sales pitches.
