I researched for quite a bit & when I found Simply Hearing's website - I was very impressed. They provided very relevant information - which I read & they send me a follow-up e-mail. The whole process was so easy - I could not believe the difference it made to be able to hear clearly. The staff were super professional & friendly. I was unsure about having to wear hearing aids - But with the help I got & the easy way to put them in - made it so worthwhile Thank you so much for the excellent products - it is so marvelous to be able to have the iPhone connection too!!!!- You cannot even see the hearing aids!!!! They are super small - but excellent quality!!!!
Exceptional customer service! Jamie goes the extra mile to ensure my Dad got the perfect hearing aid and ensured a perfect fit. He spent an hour in each of our 6 visits to fine tune the hearing aid. One of the best customer service experience we've had. We highly recommend Jamie and his team!
They appear to have changed owners and are quite dissapointing in their product support - I called in to order a replacement filter for my musician earplugs that I bought 2 years ago, and they couldn't find my records, what I ordered, anything after putting me on hold for 10 mins. Then they suggested I just get new ones made. No thanks.
Jamie is an outgoing, pleasant professional that was very accommodating to ALL of my needs. He is very easy to talk to and most of all... a great listener! Very impressed with my new custom musician ear plugs! I needed to bring them back to have then adjusted a bit and he took care of that with ease. I lost the case for my ear plugs at a music festival I was at. He set me up with a new case and even threw in a cleaning tool for free. I would not hesitate to recommend Simple Hearing solutions to anyone in need of assistance with their hearing needs! High 5 Jamie! Thank You!!!
Absolutely the best service and attention. Jamie went beyond the call of duty to inform my husband (Paul) about his new hearing aid. I was more excited than he was. No more yelling at the top of my lungs, I could now have peace and sanity and also stop answering my own questions. I would recommend Simple Hearing Solutions to everyone. I have known Jamie for number of years, previous to meeting Jamie I used to hop from one audiologist to another and never got the feeling of connection to honest value added support. Better hearing is more than fixed by quality of hearing but an overall sense of living better. Jamie has never disappointed me in recommendation or fixing my problems. I am one of those who is always wanting perfection and Jamie stands up to that demand with courteous and humble attitude. He will work to meet your needs while providing you a meaningful input and recommendation. All those whom I have recommended have only good things to talk. By the way Alysha also needs some good words too, she is quick to respond and kind to accommodate to your urgent needs of a schedule if need be.
