Auberge Confort Canin is a 5* daycare and grooming service for dogs! The installations are great and super clean. The owners are extremely nice and professional. We leave our puppy without a care, as we know he is well treated and get lots of playtime. It has also been a great way for us to socialize our pup to other dogs. Our pup is always extremely excited when we drop him off and is exhausted when we bring him home after all the fun playtime! I highly recommend! *New owners since 2020, don't base yourself on the older bad reviews*

Really nice let my dog there for a week and came back and was perfect
Very bad experience. I DO NOT recommend! On Wednesday, July 11/2018, I went to pick up my 2 Yorkie's from the Confort Confort Canin Denis, 450 Chemin Fitch Bay, Magog, QC J1X 3W2 and paid the grooming fee of 90.. The groomer informed me there would be a 12 for boarding fee cause I was late to pick up the dogs. I then expressed that I was'nt happy because I was not informed about a 12 boarding fee, and didnt have any more cash on me. Then I told her that I would drop off the 12 for late fees tomorrow, (because she didn't have debit machine} she said I couldn't have my Yorkie's until the 12 late fee was paid. Mean while my little dogs had heard my voice and were barking loudly with excitement in the back room cages.. I then lost it and said your telling me that your keeping my dogs hostage for 12 boarding fee? She said she wasn't the owner and couldn't do anything about it. So I told her to call the owner who lived on the premises.. The owner seemed to be waiting for the call as she came rushing to the office right away and she basically said all the same .. I have used Confort Confort Canin Denis, 450 Chemin Fitch Bay, Magog to groom my dogs for a few times this year , only because its close to my home I am both troubled and really concerned by the fact that they tried to keep my dogs hostage for 12., and I really question the quality of care and professionalism. I have now read a review where Confort Confort Canin Denis, 450 Chemin Fitch Bay, Magog has had issues affecting other people and their pets as well.. Barbara

Nouveau propriétaire depuis début 2019 qui apporte des changements drastiques à l’administration et à la qualité du service client. L’ancienne propriétaire était bête, rigide et aucunement à l’écoute de ses clients alors que celui-ci est attentionné autant avec nos fidèles compagnons qu’avec leurs maîtres en étant soucieux d’offrir une tranquillité d’esprit et tout ça, en plus d’être sympathique! Ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires négatifs de 2018 et avant, ce n’est plus d’actualité.
