When I moved in the first week it just smelt like feet! I mean that's great if you're Quentin Tarantino but unfortunately I'm not him so it took 30 of tropical air fresheners to get it back into tip top Magoo shape. The doors never open with my student card, I'd have a higher chance of getting into Hogwarts rather than my room at 10pm. I guess the wallpaper wasn't that bad. Would recommend this place to people who put live love laugh wall decor up.

Summer Cash Cow I needed a place to live for 6 months while I was going to school, they said that I could live there past the summer session for the entire period I needed. I even spoke to the manager about it and he said I could and it was listed on the website that I could live there for half a year for a price. The first 2 weeks there it was an inferno 28-32 degrees because the air conditioner was busted and the summer sun raised the temperature inside considerably, they gave no compensation or even a way to cool off probably could have gotten heat stroke. By the time the summer session comes to a close I was told to move out, I had 2 more months for school and they provided zero help finding a place for me. No one will rent you a place for 2 months in that area, all the realtors in the area only cater to the school semester time frame 4-8 months and the apartments only had 1 year leases. All the manager claimed was it was a mix-up and kept repeating sorry in the most insincere way possible. They put me on a limb and now I have to pay far more money to live somewhere else, all just to make more money off of another guy going to school there. Is this the type of place you want to put your money into? And to top it just like Al said in his review they gave me nothing to live with this increased expenditure cost I needed to live there and finish my schooling. Never trust a college residence, they are just trying to fill spots during summer just to make more money and they'll throw you out on your behind once its over. The Room was covered in flies and residence wouldn't do a thing about it, absolutely nasty stuff.

I rented the large conference room this April for a class I was teaching. I can't say enough good things about Holli and the rest of the staff at this residents building. They deal with a lot of stuff, students and business people daily . The front desk was beyond helpful. Holli was extremely accommodating and the class was fantastic. We will be renting Again and would recommend this conference center to anyone that is looking for a great space for classes. The location, free parking and amenities make it all that much better. A Thanks so much for all you did.

Great place for a student to have easy to school but the place is nothing like the pictures I was on the 6th floor and they had pales to collect water in the halls from rain. Mind you I was supposed to have the 'private' style room for about 700 dollars more and the word private is a very loose term. The room does not have a lock on each individual door and when we had an issue it took a relatively long time (the kitchenette had a microwave and my room mate tried to make hard boiled eggs as you have to go to main floor for kitchen and the microwave blew in March, it took until the day i was moving out (April 19th) to even get a new microwave. Imagine a whole month with out a microwave we pretty much were limited in options. Anyways I do not recommend this as overall it is not worth the thousands you pay
