What place can you find delicious poutine, shakes, banana splits and ice cream all in 1 place? Cones and Characters! Their poutine uses a mushroom based gravy which is perfect (and its not overly salty), the fries are perfectly fried, good thickness to hold up to the gravy and cheese. There are some hand scooped ice cream flavours, 3 different soft serve flavours (vanilla, chocolate and twist) with a boat load of topping combinations to choose from. There's a choice of milk or dark chocolate to dip your cones anymore so it offers a great balance to the sweetness of the toppings. There are different sized cones, waffle cones, sugar cones and regular cups. This place also gets extra points because of the next level hygiene and attention to detail. Their bathroom is open for public use and is clean. The staff uses gloves (and changes them) to take and prepare each order and a pen to hit the buttons of the Interac Console so the customers don't touch the same thing. There is 1 staff only but service is quick and attentive. I highly recommend a visit to this gem!

A must if you are an ice cream lover or foodie in general. My husband and I both decided to try something different and got different flavours of banana splits. This was my first one and it was amazing. We also have tried their milkshakes... MOUTH WATERING.
I absolutely love this place! I had my son's birthday party there early last year, and it was amazing. So many delicious food options, reasonable prices, fun atmosphere, helpful and kind staff, and a clean establishment. Keep your eyes peeled for visitors like Elsa and Spiderman! Definitely worth visiting more than once and I'm so glad they do takeout right now️
Absolutely love this place! Great service too, Tea was by herself when I first went in and she handled everything with ease. Such friendly service no matter how busy she got. She even took the time to answer our questions during a rush. The ice cream is so delicious I had a shake and we took a banana split home and it was so good! This is my new dessert spot! Definitely recommended :)
