I heard about this place within the last year. Nothing but great service. Front staff, receiving doc, manager, everyone is excellent. Very good prices and customer service. I have since sent many family members to Trim Depot. Highly Recommend.

Ralph & Ken are awesome -- extremely responsive, fair and easy to deal with. Products are always delivered when promised and stock has been great, even through COVID. Thanks for everything guys!
We ordered from Trim Depot for the first time today. They were helpful with information and pricing over the phone and were able to deliver our materials within 4 hours! Pricing was better than the competition as well. I highly recommend Trim Depot.
This was my first experience and purchase with a Trim Depot and I’m glad I chose them. The entire process from start to finish was incredible. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was worried communicating through email or by telephone but was very surprised to hear back very quickly which saved my time and I never got the run around. I originally wanted specific door handles which were back ordered but the staff found me a solution which ended up being a better purchase in the end and I appreciated the honesty. I will most defiantly recommend them and continue purchasing products in the future. Large show room and helpful, friendly staff. PROS!
I DON’T POST MANY REVIEWS UNLESS THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL! In a time where there are so many suppliers of every product and service that you can think of...what separates the professionals? IT’S THE HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE! The people at Trim Depot are PROFESSIONALS! I mainly dealt with Angela (She is Great) and interacted briefly with others and the customer service was Excellent every step of the way. They are a very busy place, no surprise with the excellent service they provide, even so they will always take your call, answer your emails and get you your product delivered promptly. Even their delivery people are very courteous and polite. I wouldn’t think twice if you need Trim, doors, crown…etc.
