How can I describe my first and last experience with Silver Sign Media, well until opening my order on my 50 bagsigns there were 38 with defects. I immediately contacted Nuria just talk to me about our business years of experience ... She never wanted to replace me damaged Bagsigns and tried to make me pass for the one who wanted to have some others free bagsigns, she sais to me I'm laying ... sorry but I have no time to take with them ...... Neuria told me when you pay cheap you receive something that Is cheap... what a good phylosophy and well ... think of it whatever you want but me I do not recommend them ... I did not even get back call or email when I said I was ready to return them the one is damaged them at my own charge. Please thing twice before to do business with them...
It was my first experience with Silver Sign and ordered 100 signs with a few magnet ones. Nadia was very kind and professional to deal with, quick to respond. They shipped my order and I received it in a great quality. Definitely recommend for others and will have business with them again
Horrid business and customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Got the same un around\ b.s response from employee and management. If you want consistency, as most should for a business, I would suggest going elsewhere.
