The team at Rockwood is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to renovate or improve their kitchen. We had a great experience from beginning to end. The team of installers were very professional and put so much care into the installation of our countertops. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Lindsay, our kitchen designer, was such a pleasure to work with and made the entire process an easy and effortless one. Ly, who measured our kitchen, was very detailed and meticulous. We really appreciate his expertise and all the time he took to help make our experience so smooth. Thank you Rockwood for building our dream kitchen!!! We are beyond happy and so so thankful! Would 100% recommend you choose this team to upgrade your home!!!

The initial cabinets I received look nice. The first issue: this company does not release the product to the home owner, if they want to pick it up directly from the supplier, and who has already paid for them through their contractor. If you fire your first contractor, and hire a second contractor, they will not release the cabinets to the home owner or the second contractor who is hired. The second issue: there was not a tracking number provided to the home owner, so the home owner can track when the product arrives at the supplier. The third issue: There was a delay of over 5 months to receive the product and quite inconvenient to live without a kitchen for this length of time. Buyer Beware.
Great experience with Rockwood Kitchens. From the moment we first entered the showroom to having the kitchen installed. Kelsie drafted a couple of possible kitchen layouts for us. Once we selected the layout it was installed pretty quick. The price of the kitchen is great and so is the quality! Highly recommend.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new Rockwood Kitchen. It is far beyond our expectations. From the very first time we met Thanh until the kitchen was finally installed - she could not do enough for us to ensure we were kept up to date and informed of all that was going on - especially with the unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in with Covid-19. She is professional, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, understanding, patient and absolutely wonderful. The design she created for us is amazing, even though we made several changes along the way - nothing phased her at all she happily made the changes we requested. Her advice and expertise were invaluable. The installers Steve, Jeff and MIke were great, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant people and kept us informed along the way of any issues they thought we should be aware of. Ly who took care of our countertop was also amazing with such knowledge, expertise, accommodating and pleasant The Rockwood product is second to none we can't believe we have such a stunning kitchen for the price we paid We would recommend Rockwood to anyone thinking about a new kitchen. From the start with delivery of the product - the delivery men were professional and so very helpful, to the finished kitchen, we cannot say enough good things to describe our absolute delight with the whole process. Thanh and all those we dealt with at Rockwood went out of their way to ensure we were happy and did everything possible to make out \dream kitchen\ possible. Their customer service is second to none.
