They’re not honest individuals, once they obtain your money and you sign the contract they will leave you high and dry. I purchased a vehicle from them and upon arrival they did not detail my car, it was in its same condition as the day I came to test drive the vehicle. I let it slide because I believe it was a honest mistake. After couple days with the vehicle a sensor light came on and I had to go back to the dealer ship to fix the issue after they assured me that the vehicle passed all inspection. Then I noticed some unevenness with my tires and when I got home I parked my vehicle and I saw the condition of my tires, this was just 1 week after I purchased my vehicle and it was damaged severely. I took out my phone and took a picture right away and sent it over to them. Since then I’ve been in contact with William McBride (sales rep) , Awesome (manager) and Sean Sahakian (general manager) and they are not willing to do anything to rectify this issue for me. I’ve went to another Audi dealer ship in Durham and they contacted Goodyear in regards to the tire and Goodyear is willing to cover half of the cost to purchase new tires and the Durham Audi contact Pfaff Audi to see if they would be willing to cover the fees for me to get new tires and they refused too. They are only willing to offer free instillation. They want me to purchase new tires for a vehicle that I’ve only had for 3 months so far. I have pictures, emails and text conversation to prove everything that I’m talking about right now and I am willing to go to court for this because it’s not fair and they took advantage of me. Please be aware guys, stay safe and shop smart!!!

I am writing to complain about my service experience in Pfaff Audi. When leasing the car, to have a peace of mind I purchased all the added insurances and protections. Last week before the long weekend I noticed I have a flat tire at the rear passenger side, which I took the car to the service center at Vaughan location. After 2 days in service they told me that the tire needed to get replaced but there is no tire available! There is no estimation of when the tire will be back in stock! which is very strange for a 2019 vehicle! There is also no coverage for a rental car and we have to pay 35 daily! and they just told me to come and take your car and drive with the small spare tire! This is absolutely not acceptable, I can not drive with that spare tire, I am paying for both leasing my car and tire insurance coverage and I also paid for any day that I have to borrow a car from AUDI! I can not drive this car in this situation and I want Audi to cover a rental car for me till having this situation fixed and having the tire back in stock! I am really disappointed with the service and I was thinking if I have any engine problems in the following years I just have to forget about my car with this kind of service!

Awesome dedicated staff. They also have a simulator in their lounge area. Hard to drive but fun to learn.
I don’t usually write reviews, but compelled to write a review after my experience. The service received was second to none, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Especially Orlando and service staff. These guys were next level pros, in it’s truest definition, seriously impressed. Definitely will be back to service my Audi here again even though I live in Toronto.
