Magnetite has a fantastic one of a kind product! I was honestly astonished to see how effectively this product performs. I feel for all the bad customer service out there, it is important to acknowledge when it is good. Alfredo was very patient from the moment I inquired about soundproof windows to the actual installation. He explained the process of measuring/ordering/installing/ and the expectations I should have. There was no hard sell, no pressure and an honest assessment of how the product would work for me. I've had them for a week now and not only is the sound outside my condo reduced, but as a bonus, my windows have not condensed! I really appreciated Alfredo's input, punctuality and professionalism. I will recommend him to to my condo association, and anyone looking for window soundproofing.
We chose these inserts for an older bungalow with large single-pane windows. The inserts make a noticeable difference in heat retention and definitely bump up the R-value. This product offers a more cost effective solution to increasing energy efficiency, rather than a replacement window. Very happy with the pre-sales, and installation process. Staff are efficient, timely and courteous. Highly recommended!
We had 5 Magnetite window inserts installed in our chilly library room by Alfredo from Magnetite Canada. We couldn’t believe the difference it made in the room temperature and comfort of the area. What was once a chilly - cold area that often required us to wear a sweater while in it is now so comfortable to be in ...just in time for the coldest weather of the year.
