And if I must say, the professionalism and artistry of your installer*** (not KV who manufactures the items) really makes or breaks the life expectancy. Cheers!

I second the “take your money and run company” comment below. My grandmother got all new windows put in last year. Window screens did not fit on two and the handle was broken on another. A year later, she is still calling them to fix it and they just keep saying “I put in the service call someone will be there next week”. They also dropped new screens off at a house a block away with her name and address on them, the person who lives their got her info and dropped them off to us. This alone is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.

Definitely stay away from this company, their customer service is horrible and probably the worst I have ever encountered. I haven't received any contact from them after numerous attempts to get in touch with them over the last 3 weeks. All I need is a simple crank replacement. Also, their product is cheap, the windows aren't even 5 years and I'm already having problems. As a general contractor I'd recommend pella windows. Much better quality and the customer service is amazing
