Like many dental offices, we have had many ups and downs when it comes to dealing with the major dental suppliers. However, our recent experience has been nothing but great. Henry Schein is changing their business approach, whereby they focus on a long term partnership with the dentists. We have worked with Schein for years and I am upset to see their rating so low online. We have never had an issue with pricing and find them very competitive with other dental suppliers on average. Service times are fairly quick and deliveries arrive promptly. I think the very nature of reviews online is such that those making them are often upset with some aspect of service. It is unlikely that those who are \content\ with things will tell others about it, so you end up with a dichotomy of very positive and very negative reviews. If you are looking for a new dental supply company, my experience so far with Schein leads me to recommend them.
