When it comes to asbestos removal, I wouldn't hire any other asbestos removal company in Toronto othet than Greenstream Environmental Inc. I've hired them for asbestos remediation over the years for several older properties that I manage in thr Greater Toronto Area. Mould Remediation Had renters move out of my condo. The walls, floor, and ceiling adjacent to the windows were water damaged and covered in mould. Thais was the project manager on this project for me and she was very easy to work with. She came, she saw, she gave me quote on the spot followed by a formal quote. They started within a week and finished just as fast. They ripped out all of my flooring, some drywall, and cleaned the areas around the windows. I asked for air testing since mould is tricky to deal with, when the results did not come in as good as expected, Thais told me exactly that and told me that the crew would go back and do some more work for us and retest. Great service, easy to work with, honest, and good workmanship.

The home inspector hired by the buyers of my house discovered some mold in the attic. It is a relatively small job but the folks at the GreenStream took it seriously. Their quote was very reasonable and their service was excellent. They came on time, did a through work to clean the mold, showed me the pictures before and after, and provided document for the work. I was very glad that I had found this company and will have no hesitation to recommend their services.
