The worst experience ever. Starting from unloading, frames were unloaded one on top the other without any protection which some framed were damaged. (See Attached photo). The installers were not wearing mask and were not following the COVID-19 protocol which put me and my family in danger. The frames were 20% to 30% smaller than the ones were replaced and filled with shim and foam from inside and vinyl cap from outside (lost 20% to 30% of natural light) (see attached photos). Few days after installations were completed the windows started fuggy/moisture (see attached photos). The owner Mr. Gabriel Faynbrun recommended cleaning the glass inside and out but no effect eco choice sent a suppose to be a technician to check the problem he did not have any ID with him and were not able to speak English. Eco choice are using Vinyl-pro windows system Inc. I contacted the owner he simply said you have no contract with us. We had horrible and frustrating experience. No one take the responsibility. I do not recommend them you can find better windows with the same price. If I could I would give them zero star.

First time using Eco Choice we booked with our neighbour in the adjoining semi to keep our bay windows consistent. We were pleased with the quality and service, but for the 2nd job to replace 3 windows and an outdated patio door we did comparison shop. Price was competitive, Gabriel provided helpful suggestions, installation and clean up was great and we're happy with the result. We recommended Eco Choice to a friend who is also very satisfied. We are now replacing our other windows and didn't hesitate to book with Gabriel at Eco Choice. Highly recommend.
Fantastic job eco did. They were professional and helpful with details about windows. My only concern is that the corner welds are not flush with the frame which leaves a ridge on all corners. Also some glazing bead is a tad short which leaves a tiny gap in the sash. Other than that, windows are good. He also did a great clean up job around the house
In my opinion, this is the best window replacement company. I found this company on the internet and hired them. These guys showed up on time and replaced the windows perfectly.
I contacted three companies and ended up going with Eco Choice. Augie the sales guy is amazing; informative, friendly and not pushy at all. We did have a couple of hiccups with the order but the windows were manufactured quickly with Urii and George doing our entire house in 2 days going above and beyond to make sure that everything looked perfect. A little bit more of a heads up about the prep and mess might have prepared us a bit more but we survived. I was leaning towards vinyl but ended up with wood and am very happy with the end product.
