I had been looking for a teacher in international style for about 6 months. One night a friend who was a professional dancer handed me a business card with the name Sergey Kirichenko, and said call him! So I did. We arranged to have a lesson on the beautiful dance floor at the 30 Up Club. I was immediately impressed by his professional and personable style. I started with Sergey in bronze level and he has helped me achieve gold level. His teaching is consistent, kind, encouraging and fun. I easily recommend him to anyone wanting to start ballroom dancing.

Sergey is a gorgeous person, great dancer and a fantastic experienced instructor. His teaching style is effective and super encouraging. Sergey creates very friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone comfortable on the dance floor. He breaks each dance pattern down so that it is easy to learn and understand. Since I met Sergey I have learned a lot about posture, style and rhythm. And I never worry if I do not have a partner, he always manages to practice techniques with everyone in our group classes. Indeed very lucky for me to have such a great teacher and fall in love with ballroom dancing.

I have been Sergey Kirichenko's student since 2007. All this time I enjoy his professional teaching method. When I first joined his class, I was a novice dancer and knew very little about Ballroom Dancing. Sergey taught me to move with grace and appreciate the art of dancing. He showed me the proper dance techniques that helped me tremendously in achieving the level of success that I was aiming for. He prepared me for competitive dancing and helped me gain enough confidence to compete in both Standard and Latin dances. Sergey became my 'Pro-Am' (Professional-Amateur) dance partner and supported me every step of the way towards my goal. I feel extremely lucky to have Sergey as my dance teacher as he is, in my opinion, one of the best professionals I know, in both his technique, particular style of dancing and his patience with his students. I would highly recommend him.
