They are punctual and take time to answer all questions. Part I like the most is they don't pressure you on buying in. They tell you what you need to know and leave the rest up to you. May not be the cheapest but their product and service is excellent. I say that because they did our windows on the second floor 2 years ago and we're very happy so we're considering them again for the windows on the main floor. Thanks Mike and Jay.

After receiving quotes from other companies we made the decision to go with Canadian Choice Windows because of their product, price and reputation. Mike, our sales rep., was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions and even made some helpful suggestions with the process. We decided to go with the Draftlock Plus Slim windows mainly because we wanted our home to be brighter...more glass and less frame and these windows are manufactured with fibreglass reinforcement and are foam injected. Installation date was delayed 2 months due to the pandemic but it was worth the wait! Our windows look fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the installation team of Zamir and Paul…they are true craftsmen! I feel that next to the product that the installation is the most important process in my opinion. There was a mix up with the glass finish on 2 bathroom windows and it is in the process of being replaced. It took 2 ½ days to complete the installation of 17 windows and some aluminum siding below garage windows. Thank you to everyone at Canadian Choice Windows…great job guys!
Canadian Choice is the best window replacement company. I found this company on homestars. The installation team worked hard and efficiently. Their work was flawless and the cleanup was perfect. The sales rep was knowledgeable and not pushy. Id highly recommend them.

- Alex came to the house to show me options for windows and doors and was very professional. He gave me an idea for my entrance door I hadn't even thought of, and I love it. - Was kept informed along the way of status via calls and emails - I like the casement window operating mechanism better than I've seen on others - I had a couple of minor items requiring a re-visit that were promptly addressed.
