Windows are all Armorseries and we were informed by the dealer that the glass is low e 180 (2016 install). We purchased house in 2018 and was built in 2016. Internal humidity is 38% with outside temps of -5 Celsius. Every window has condensation on the inside and every window has to be wiped each morning when temps are -5 C or lower. Condensation is so bad that I had to purchase computer cooling fans and run all day to remove condensation! Don't get me wrong, truly good looking window but low e 180 performs poorly with respect to interior condensation. My advice - purchase low e 366,.

I had Armor Windows installed in the summer of 2016 by a local retailer in Waterloo (Ventralux) and have to say I am not impressed with the quality of the windows. The windows have a lot of condensation on the inside (which freezes when it's really cold). I have investigated this issue and the reason is apparently due to excessive humidity inside the home. I have a humidity reader right next to one of the windows with the worst case of condensation, and it reads \very dry\. This leads me to believe that air is leaking around the frame. Today is a very cold day and there is so much condensation that has frozen that the window will not even open - I'm not talking about a little bit of condensation here! I have tried contacting Armor directly but my inquiries are ignored. It' very frustrating to spend so much money and end up with the exact same problem I had with my old windows. Definitely would not recommend this window manufacturer. I was the first one on my street to replace my windows and have had several neighbours ask who I used - I told them NOT to use Armor. Unfortunate, but they are losing a lot of potential customers in my neighbourhood. Further and in response to the scripted response from Armor.... I have tried to inquire about a warranty claim through both the local distributor and via Armor direct but get no reply. So....how do I go about making that warranty claim?!?!?
