Worst taxi ever. DO NOT RIDE WITH THE TAXI NUMBER 554. He was waiting in the line to pick up a customer and when I told him where I wanna go he said go out of the taxi and if you are me again do not ride my taxi. HE IS RUDE HE KICKED ME OUT OF THE TAXI JUST BECAUSE ITS A SHORT DISTANCE. Don't even deserve a star

Our driver David was super rude, we told him “we appreciate you waiting for a minute till we got in” and he said “good you better” in a non joking manner. He was extremely unfriendly and made all four of us(girls) super uncomfortable... customer service was also very unhelpful and slow... they told us a trip would cost us 40 we ended up paying 65, don’t trust them
Worst taxi service in the GTA. The drivers were extremely disrespectful. Running the meter after the patrons had exited the vehicle. Shouting at the staff, demanding an extra 10.00 in tips. Spoke to the manager, and the told us never to call there taxi company again. Clearly they don’t know how to run a business, and how to provide customer service. Do not use this taxi service, it is definitely not worth the headache!!!
Awful, rude driver, took us to the wrong location, ignored where we wanted to go and made sure to take the longest possible route to get to the location. Argued with us when we got out about the route and threatened to call the police. The fare was also 3 times what we paid earlier with Uber. I will never ever take one of their taxis again. The driver was also talking on the phone during our trip.
Awful. I wish I could give this company 0/5. Took us to wrong destination even though we gave the driver full address. He wasn’t sorry or anything. Only thing he done was knock off 10 off the WHOLE trip. Just awful!
