Riley has been caring for our Piano for many years now, which is a challenge for an 127 year old instrument. We've always found him to be friendly, professional and very knowledgable about his passion! He is proactive and is very cognizant of our current covid environment and preps accordingly. He even went above and beyond to help us find a great piano for our daughter when she moved into her own place. Stairs has been servicing our 1920s upright piano regularly since we got it in 2013. He recently restrung, replaced the tuning pins and repaired the entire piano. He did an amazing job, as he always does. Our piano sounds beautiful! We look forward to many more years of top notch service.
Stairs regularly services our church baby grand, and they are EXCELLENT. It's nice to have a piano technician that doesn't just tune, but is also concerned about all functioning components concerning playability and longevity of these valuable instruments. Looking forward to our next piano service!
