We have only started working with CT and I am already impressed. I've worked with three members of the team so far and they are all: Attentive (they listen to issues, but more importantly to the underlying causes, timely (in response time), available (my issues don't follow 9 - 5, but one text and it's like the Bat-signal), patient (I'm no dummy, but some of these inter-tubes confuse me), and SMART (sorta necessary with IT support, you'd think, but it is not always the case). Joking aside, in one month CT has shown me that hiring them was the right decision for my business, as it stands today. I think that - more importantly - they were the best choice for tomorrow and beyond.
