I recently placed a special order for a duvet from Cuddle Down and was extremely pleased with the personal service I received from Daniel in regard to this order. He contacted me by phone on several occasions to keep me abreast of the order status and expedited the shipping to my home address when the duvet was ready. He was so pleasant, friendly and accommodating and I could not have asked for better service. Also the quality of the duvet is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic products. Absolutely ideal for small spaces and perfect for condo living. Lots of nice smaller gift ideas too. Daniel was very knowledgeable and pleasant and there was plenty of great parking available.

This store is excellent! The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and provided a practical array of solutions for what I needed. Great to hear that the mattresses and cabinet beds are made in a safe and environmental way.
I recently went to the showroom. I was impressed by the quality of products, and how practical/space saving these units can be in a condo for those looking to free up floor space.
Stopped in to see this store today on the advice of a friend and was really impressed by the murphy bed cabinet bed they sell. I totally want to get one for my spare room. Amazing idea.
If you are interested in anything from bed sheets to maximizing your floor/counterspace you should go by there shop.
I didn't feel pressured to buy and Daniel took the time to explain the various products. Love my new alpaca duvet.
