When I bought the travel insurance I was told policy at any time after it is in effect and the premium will be calculated by the day and refunded to me. On the 11th I went to the brokerage: community insurance. Address: unit:3-4429 Kingsway, burnaby, BC V5H 2A1. The insurance policy I bought is with Allianz, policy number is 144469565 They now playing tough and told me they are going to keep my money. I don’t know in this situation what I should do. I Am feeling Very upset, this kind of cheating fraud needs to be regulated. This is not the way business should operate.
