This is a horrible horrible business! Not only did they completely mess everything up...I also had to waste my money hiring KB Heating to fix it! The worker (Landon I believe was his name) was a miserable person to deal with in regards to getting him back to my home to get anything running properly! I’m guessing all the good reviews come from family and friends because there is nothing professional About his work! He was hrs late showing up each time! What a joke!
We had Landon come out to install AC in our home and he couldn't have come at a better time! It's 36 degrees out this week but I'm able to stay cool inside with my newborn! I'd highly recommend Comfort Heat and AC anytime!
The thing about Comfort Heat & Air, it is that they are very COOL under pressure & they sure know how to get you our of HOT water when things go wrong with your HVAC systems. Landon is always willing to take a call if you have a question and offers advice so you can DIY or will come fix the issue quickly & efficiently!
Why is it your furnace stops working on the coldest day of the year? A friend recommended Landon at Comfort Heating & AC. Unlike most tradesmen Landon LISTENED to what I said the furnace was doing instead of padding the billable hours. He found the problem, got the parts & fixed the furnace for far less than the “other guys” would have charged. He’s professional, dependable and fair what else can you ask for?
