Very good place to start learning martial arts or combat sports. Steve, the owner and coach is highly knowledgable in a wide range of martial arts and is a very patient and technical teacher who will help you grow in many aspects of your abilities. Have been going here for quite a while now and I definitely recommend this school if you are interested in training in boxing, kickboxing, no gi grappling, and jeet kune do.

Exceptional place to train. During Covid-19. The Dojo is still open. With strict protocols in place to keep you healthy, active, and happy.

Decent gym, Good amount of equipment, good trainer. I find things here are too rigidly structured, one week \unlimited\ pass is not truly unlimited, you can't spar or attend the advanced classes. In order to spar at all one has to sign up with WAKO Canada. Would be nice if they just had a waiver to sign prior to sparring like at many other gyms. Weapons classes here are pretty good.
