Trinity Western University has been using the services of Com Pro for a few years now and have been extremely pleased with their high level of customer service. Knowing that these types of machines will require service, our RFP process heavily emphasized the service and support aspect and Com Pro never fails to bring their A game there either. Case in point, a couple months ago I met a Com Pro tech in the hall and, assuming he was there to fix something, asked what the issue was.
