Excellent work from them, every time. I've spent a lot of money on their roll prints, which require more work on my end (no operator intervention) and I've never had an unsatisfactory order.
Didn't even go in for any service, just e-mailed in asking for help with a print. The respondent told me they didn't offer \document printing\. They weren't able to help me at all with a simple print. I would never get anything printed here based on my e-mail correspondence, the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.
Terrible, confusing service and difficult getting answers to basic questions. Also expensive to add insult to injury.
Good place. Fine quality.
