I needed a small wiring part to connect a wifi thermostat - as my wiring lacked the common wire. This part came with my thermostat but had gone faulty. Guy behind the desk didn't know what I was talking about so he barked \Do you have a gas license?! - If not I can't sell ya it!\ In my brief encounter they seemed uneducated and rude. I understand how furnaces should not be tampered with and some parts should only be sold to professionals to keep everyone safe - this was simply not one of those times. Mckeough HVAC was polite and ordered me the part overnight. Go there for professional service.
