“Reckless staff/ no covid awareness” Absolute nightmare location... ever since they moved into this new temporary location they lost me as a customer! The selection was absolutely humorous as they have next to nothing.... few pairs of boots for skiing and some skis, they are down to probably 10% inventory, looks like a pop up shop at a flea market. My wife was literally cornered by a staff member that works at this location because the guy couldn’t just wait a second until she could walk through the Hall way.... absolutely ridiculous, zero awareness of surroundings and no patience. You’d think after a year of living in a pandemic you’d figure out the common 6’ rule. \u200d️

25 stars... while Sportinglife may be large the service is small, by that I mean they do whatever is necessary to take care of you. The epitome of consumer confidence. As for ski tuning and waxing having skied in 13 countries and hundreds of resorts I can truly Attest to say that BF head tech performs magic daily. I only wish he made wine. I'd buy a case. You just can go wrong here as this store is also managed so well its always a pleasure to shop there. Its worth the drive to collingwood or if you're local, consider yourself lucky. World Class service that puts everything I have seen elsewhere second.
I purchased boots online from Sporting LIfe and even though they say that returns \can be made by mail or at any of our reopened locations\, they would not take take them back at the Collingwood location. I waited a month to receive them and now they won't help me return them? Why should I spend 25 shipping them by courier back to them. They've gone from extremely great service to terrible service.
