Not a good experience with the manager Cheryl McBride. Old customers spending more than 45 mins to post a letter. She said it's not our problem and it is cuz we r busy. No real answer and she was very rude. Wouldn't stop to talk properly. Just carried on stocking a shelf. Bad customer service

Honest Reviews

The manager is not a nice lady. Heard her talking to a customer that wanted to complain about the post office. She was so ignorant and non responsive. Only got her last name McBride. The guy wanted her name and she would let him write it down. She kept walking away. Unbelievable how rude a manager could be. It was a legit complaint..... 50 mins in the queue to post a letter.

Very bad customer service from the manager. She's not really receptive to customer complaints and I'm not impressed with Shoppers standards at all. Rexell is much better and treat you with respect.

I’m not one to write reviews however this left me and my family extremely upset and frustrated. We went there and as we approached heard it was a 30 minute wait for post office which was fine because we were there to get passport photos. We walked in and waited behind an older man that had been waiting for a half an hour already asking every staff member there was if he can have assistance. Another good 20 minutes went by when a lady came up and took the mans photos and then it was our turn. I got my photo taken and my brother thought that he had gotten his taken but the camera had died. So we had made a trip into town for only 1/3 children to get there photo taken, and my mother and siblings now have to go back tomorrow. We then went to check out with some stuff my brother had gotten and that took a solid ten minutes because they were extremely understaffed. This situation has left my family and i extremely upset.
