Just like to say Roger always make my kids day! My boys are no strangers visiting our local ER for various injuries - all the fun of being a kid and pushing the limits. The boys look forward seeing Roger on the other end. Were always in good hands.

As I sit here in this waiting room, with my avulsed pinky finger secondary to an unfortunate culinary incident, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible, endearing nature of the ER staff; namely Roger. His kindness and gentle disposition got me through the debilitating, albeit disproportionate, level anxiety that would otherwise accompany a trip to the ER. Nick in triage was also ridiculously nice. Thank you. Tell ya what, 5 stars for everyone that works here. Thank you, G&M - though I may never be a hand model, I sure appreciate you sewing me back together

Horrible experience. Don't choose this place. They hold people against their will and starve them to death. So disgusted with their ignorance. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not deserve even one. True story from a reputable guide.

Collingwood hospital has the most kindhearted nurses and doctors when i had my first visit to E.R. We've been in so many hospital for my husband situation in the city and all the staff are nothing like here in Collingwood hospital. To all the staff in Collingwood hospital keep up the good work and stay safe.

Had a routine mammogram and had the pleasure of an excellent technician Sandra. She was warm, kind and demonstrated that we are all in this together. Regardless of the social distancing required she was professional, gentle and related to me as a person not a procedure. Thank you Sandra.
