Took my watch in to replace battery and get a link taken off, took a single link off didn't replace any damaged links as asked, with new ones I provided., charged 17 bucks for that. Oh ya and they didn't replace the battery. Watch dead when handed to me. And Guys attitude on phone was great about it. When asked why charged 17 bucks for one link he said he could put it back on and refund me. What a guy. Dead watch comes into theshop and don't replace the battery after requested twice
