Whoever wrote a negative review for these guys clearly doesn't understand how hard it can be sometimes when you provide contractors with constant service of products and services. I myself do some gardening work at my house from time to time and whenever i swing by to buy some gravel from these guys, i always get the best service and prices. Even though at first it might seem that the owners are a bit grumpy and tired, it doesn't mean that they are unfriendly, it's just the way life is in GTA. All in all - great service and excellent prices!
Worst customer service. Man on the office phone hates his job. When an issue encountered he stated \that's your problem\ Beware contract you dont see in advance reads 10 minutes to unload cement. How do you unload 10 tones in 10m??? Added extra fees for unloading and washing truck. Avoid avoid avoid!
Will never use them again. Their price was about 15% less than the big company I had been using, so I gave College a chance. Driver showed up high, and took a pot break during the pour. Concrete amount delivered was 20% short, and we therefore could not finish that stage of the work. In 10 years I've NEVER had this happen because I typically order 20-30% extra to be sure.
