Overcharged and inadequate work. I drive a 2011 Rav 4. The water pump went I called here and other places. I was quoted 154 for the water pump. When I picked it up the total was more than quoted. I saw that the charge for the pump was 240.72 before taxes.. I called to inquire why the pump was so much more. He said I don't know why I would have told you that. I said I called other places before you and you were already 15 higher. He said I can show you the receipt, I get my stuff from Napa because I have less trouble with returns. I said so you are telling me they charge more than 100 more than everwhere else I called?. No explanation so I called Napa and was told it is 180. I would assume as a business they would get it cheaper than me. When I drove my vehicle it also had a vapour lock. We had to add about a litre of antifreeze because we could see none. I gave them a chance to say we made a mistake. I hope the extra charge is worth the lost business.
