I love my experience here. The staff was so friendly. He made me laugh and comfortable through the whole process. So grateful for people like this.
Always my preferred place to be sent for x-ray or ultrasound, the staff is amazing! Today they went above and beyond when my 8 year old was nervous about her ultrasound. The tech took his time to explain and show her what the ultrasound was about and explained it as echolocation similar to what dolphins and bats use. Totally got her in in how it worked and relaxed her about the process, he even took the time to calm her nerves over the x-ray that was next. Another staff member came out and gave her a sticker for each hand while we were waiting in between. I can’t thank the amazing staff enough for their compassion and empathy with my daughters fears.
I was there for my testing recently. Very efficient professional and pleasing staff make you feel very comfortable .it is a very nice,clean place with positive energy. good knowledgeable people.Another good thing about this place is , so many facilities under one roof like mammography and BMD .It is so much better than driving to City for all these things. I'm very thankful you are in this area to care for us
For the Location in Bonnyville, the Staff is always friendly however they do not allow any support people in the room while doing the ultrasound. For my 25 week growth ultrasound they wouldn't even let me see baby while they did the ultrasound. They showed him to me briefly after they had finished and then gave me a few pictures. Overall I much prefer the experience at Bonnyville medical imaging in the executive centre because the tech actually allowed my husband in the room for one, then also let us watch as she checked baby over and explained things as she went.
