Paid over 100 in store for a bra to get ordered in. Two whole months pass and they didn’t contact me so I called to check on the situation. Hadn’t been ordered, but they will get to it, they said. The staff calls me a week after that to say they can’t get the bra in at all. I ask for my money back since I have gotten nothing and the lady says I can only have store credit on returns. Told her I didn’t get a product and I want my money back since I was given nothing but an offer of a bra I don’t want. They refused again and I decided to just get the bra because otherwise they have just taken my 100. Absolutely will not go back.

I was lookin for items to wear in a boudoir photo session. I have never felt more judged the lady working was very rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable she kept coming into the change room and yelled at me which at that point I put my clothes on and walked out.
