Excellent customer service! Keith was than willing to work within our budget; the carpet and underlay are excellent quality. Carpet was installed only 3 business days from the first phone call! We are very impressed and couldn't be happier, thank you. We will definitely be calling back when we are ready to do vinyl plank!

Recently have my carpets replaced in three bedrooms and stairs and I am very happy with the service and installation i received from Action Plus Flooring! Very pleased with our flooring and the install. Old carpets were glued down on EVERY square inch and although it took much longer to remove, the quoted price was the price I paid. These days that rarely happens and we will definitely recommend Action Plus to others.

I got a quote for flooring from them. A store in Edmonton had the same product for a third of the price. When I asked Action if they could match the price they got angry and demanded to know who I got the quote from. They then said that they were going to call the supplier because the other store was selling it too cheaply. I asked if they still wanted to do the install and they refused. They have terrible customer service, I'd recommend avoiding Action.
