The machines are usually in order at my building. The odd time I called the toll free number, i did get immediate assistance. The type of error involving a stuck door is dealt with by staff coming to the building. Issues involving cleaning credits, purchasing and smart laundry cards are generally dealt with over the phone. In the ten years I used this service, the machine upgrade made a huge difference. Customer service on the phone is fast and straight forward. Smart cards replaced coin laundry several years ago.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Some of the worst I've ever experienced. It can takes months of back and forth by email to get any answers (they usually reply every 3 weeks or only after you ask them 3 or 4 times). Customer service by phone is more responsive, but personnel incompetence means that solutions are tough to achieve. Sometimes a solution needs to be requested several times for the correct course of action to be taken. Shockingly, this company doesn't always seem to be aware of which machines they themselves installed in a building, and are unable to take the correct steps to address the issue.
Payment failure is very usual and often the machine shows unsuccessful payments but amount actually deducts in the bank. We reported 3 recent instances making a totak loss of 100. We received acknowledgment and refund of only 1 for 30. We are seriously considering moving out of our current building because of coinematic.

It took a hour on hold last week to inform Coinamatc that one of our building washers was broken and flooded the basement. A week later and the machine has filled back up with water. Its a weekend so you can't get a hold of someone. There is now effectively one washing machine for a building of 50 people. Also worried about mold growing in the stagnant water.
I am rewashing sheets that came out of the last machine with laundry soap that was still all over it. Waited for the replacement machine that is an older and smaller model. Complete rip-off.
Terrible customer service. Called in about rental machines not working and they were already aware but didn’t take the initiative to contact the building owners so the management could let tenants know that they’re not working. After multiple customer service reps being unhelpful I gave up
Absolutely horrible machines that constantly break and their customer service is just as bad as their machines. I hate this company!
