I've lived in Cornwall for almost 3 years I had two other providers it was just horrible to deal with internet kept getting disconnected having to speak to countless people who did not know what to do or how to solve the problem nothing but headaches. I've been with Cogeco for almost 2 years and have never had a problem. The few times I've called in to find out some information very fast, very professional, had answers to all my questions and absolutely delightful staff. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful experience. Jase

The name of representative was Lyan she was rude on the phone and very pushy , I just asked her to be polite with the customer , she started to argue , using very strict voice tone, when requested to switch to another representative she refused and said loudly \Byeeee\ and hung up...
I am not even getting the speed that I paid for; I get at most around a third of the speed that I should be getting. I called Cogeco to tell them about it. They supposedly fixed it, but nothing changed, and when a technician finally came over to my place, the problem still never changed and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. I used to be able to reliably use the wifi outside, although ever since the technician came, I get no good signal/connection. I felt compelled to write this after my internet being extremely slow again. I just wanted to watch one small video on YouTube, but it wouldn’t really load nor play, and I tried several times. Just trying to log in on Google to put this review was really tedious and obnoxious because of how slow and long it was. Sometimes YouTube and Netflix do not immediately work. Also, I was promised that I could get a personal recorder to tape shows while I am away from the house, but then they changed it saying that it doesn’t exist? Apparently my credit score isn’t good enough even though my records with the bank is perfect. In order to get a personal recorder, I need to either wait a full year, or I need to pay an absurd price. It took ages to figure this all out because depending on what device that you use to go on their website, and depending on who you call, you’ll get a different answer.
Only the installers are good all other services are absolutely trash including the connection
Horrible company DO NOT recommend to anyone they offer decent deals to new customers only they double billed me and said it was normal no explanation yet in the 3 years I had them never was double billed and continuous 1 time adjustment fees horrible customer service not one good thing about this company
