Bad service. Rude. First time and never going back even tho I live next door. I’d rather walk a few more streets to go somewhere else so many other and better options in the neighborhood.

It's a 5 minute walk from Jarry Station. Had a latte and it was pretty good. It gets pretty busy during the day and there are usually a lot of people working on there laptops. There is also a printer for you to print your documents. The staff are really friendly as well. Would recommend checking out if you need a place to study for exams.
In love with this cafe! Just discovered it, and I sure will be back. The coffee is good, as is the food and the music. Everything is pretty affordable considering it's an independent coffee shop. The space is big, but it gets full pretty early in my experience. There are a lot of electrical outlet, which is a big plus as most cafe tends to lack in this department. They serve pastries, soup and sandwiches, and some vegan options are available. A printer is also made available for the clients, free of charge but with a voluntary contribution/donation system! A room can even be rented if working on a group project, for example. Some goodies can be bought, including pencils and notepads if you forgot to bring yours. There's a "kid corner" with books, and sofas to work on if you don't feel like sitting on a chair (which are real comfortable too, by the way). Finally, and most importantly in my opinion, the toilets were clean and well stocked. You should definitely try this place out
Let me be transparent, I only studied there once and ambiance wise, it was ok. I went back 3 times to use the printer which is a great add on- on paper. Each time, I made sure to call and check that its functional and upon my arrival, the printer would not work or error messages would show. That’s already a bad service, but the worse is when I approach the girls behind the counter, I literally have to wait to get their attention -because they are conversing- just to be told that they don’t know how the printer works and to check the error message. Each time, I tried to fix the “error” myself before asking for help and would go back after their lack of help. Today I did something I consider rude, cutting the people in line to approach them for a second time, mentioning that this is not the first time, that I have a uber waiting outside fol, and that I just wanted someone to look up the error because as employees there maybe they are familiar with it. Bref... it always takes 2-3 interventions before anything is resolved and it’s not a matter of how busy the place is/ bad day. Cest regrettable!
Perfect spot to take a break, meet up with a friend or do a bit of work! Their food is delicious and the tea lattes are awesome! Staff is welcoming and the space is comfy and bright. Special mention to the Foggy Éclair!
Great place to get some work done with a nice cup of coffee and a pastry. They have a meeting room for rent and other amenities for freelancers. There’s also a kids corner with books and toys. Lots of natural light and different seating options. The only down side is that they don’t take credit cards. Otherwise, all great!
The coffee is great and the setting/lighting is really nice, there's a nice couch space. However, these good things don't make up for the barista who was clearly discourteous. It seemed like she was bothered by having to take an order. Their music selection/volume wasn't really appropriate for a Sunday afternoon study either.
Great coffee and loved that ham and cheese Croissant.
