nice variety of drinks but the music was so loud and it is already difficult to talk or order due to masks and the barrier for safety. I ordered green tea with milk but they never put milk. I was ordering for my child, so I have no idea how the drink would look like. Still they drank it which is okay. But it would be great if the music is a little low volume so people can order easily. May be other people did not have the problem. but i found it difficult.

On time. Order pickup is good. Drinks come nicely wiped down. Not messy.

Such a good place to go for milk bubble tea! The staff was friendly and great. I wanted a drink with different teas and the staff helped me get that. They are super nice. Their 2 ladies is the best drink along with bubble Gaga. The place is great for taking photos of your bubbletea. But the plaza is very busy.

Busy location but fast service. Like their Sago products and sugar level options.

Best BBLT. CoCo Bubbles in my opinion are the most delicious.

Great location, always fast service! Their strawberry black tea, fresh taro w milk, new QQ pearls are amazing and all use real taro/fruit, not powder. But WARNING: the Brown Sugar drinks here aren't up to standard VS other Coco locations, which slow cook the pearls in brown sugar to create a sticky caramel (brown sugar pearls should taste like caramel/toffee). I ordered a Brown sugar latte, and the "brown sugar" was runny/sugary with zero caramel taste. The pearls were just regular pearls. The Vaughan location seems to use brown sugar syrup from a bottle or can, similar to the Chatime/Gongcha in the same plaza. Disappointing considering I paid nearly 7, but will return for other drinks, just not brown sugar item. Disappointed because I always prefer Coco vs ONEZO, which makes caramel properly as well, but Onezo uses tiny cups for their brown sugar drinks VS Coco's standard large cups.

Purchased the same drink (QQ Fresh Taro Milk Tea) 6 times in the month of Oct 2020 from 3 locations - Leslie/York Mills, Yonge/Eglinton and Vaughan. On Oct 4th I went to the Vaughan location and the drink tasted off. The tapioca was very bland and did not have the strong taro taste. Now, I was disappointed and so I contacted CoCo online but they never got back to me. I proceeded to instagram them and went back and forth with them. Turns out, their manager at Vaughan didn't think too much and thought that my complaint was unfounded. I was just asking for them to reimburse my drink but they didn't think they did anything wrong. For such a simple fix, they've lost a customer. Won't be returning. Response Apologies for my confusion. I kept thinking tapioca and QQ topping were the same. What I meant is the QQ topping that we got from the drink did not have any taro or sweet potato taste hence my disappointment. Also, this is the EXACT same drink we've been ordering from the 2 other locations where we have been very happy. It was specifically at Vaughan that we ordered the QQ Fresh Taro Milk Tea and the QQ topping inside did not taste like taro or sweet potato. In fact, it tasted like regular tapioca. So we basically ordered QQ Fresh Taro Milk Tea but got regular tapioca and not the QQ topping. Regarding the picture, there was tapioca in the drink but you can't see it because they ran out of plastic cups for cold drinks and used the hot drink cup that is all white.
