I have been going to this clinic with my kittens since my sister and I got them about 6 months ago and we couldn't be happier with Dr. Kristen. However, I have never had a pleasant encounter with the strawberry blonde haired tech with the bright blue eyeliner. This morning she was even more unpleasant than usual when I brought one of my boys in to be neutered; she was incredibly hostile and seemed inconvenienced by my arrival when I called. She then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't neuter my cat because he had eaten. I informed her that nobody told us he couldn't eat before and she became very frustrated saying that I was at fault and let me say, she was so horribly rude I couldn't believe she was allowed to work with other people's fur babies. I calmly asked if we could reschedule the appointment and the temper tantrum she threw about having to call me back to reschedule was disgusting. We live in downtown calgary and drive all the way to this clinic FOR Dr. Kristen and are sad to say that we will not be going back on account of the repulsive display from this tech. *5 stars for Dr. Kristen*

Like others posting reviews, we live in Calgary but have been taking our pets to Cochrane Veterinary Care Clinic for over ten years. Not only are their prices better than all the Calgary vets we've tried, but their pet care is outstanding. And they don't try to \sell\ you something you don't need. They've demonstrated many times that they are more concerned with your pets' welfare than their cash register. Definitely recommend these folks!
Had to take our 19 year old cat in as she was not doing well and needed to pass on. The staff accommodated us in a timely manner, were comforting and understanding to our situation. They gave us the time to grieve while our Princess passed on. We even received a card from them with her paw print on it which was really nice. Highly Recommended.
We live in Calgary, but decided to go out of town to get my puppy neutered. Best decision! Not just financially, but he took to them quicker than he did the vet we see now. The atmosphere is very calming and \homey\ and not so clinical. He rolled over for belly rubs pretty quickly. The ladies there were so fantastic at reassuring me that he would be alright. They understand your dog is your family and treat them like they would theres. He got loving and play time instead of having to be kenneled the whole time. The vet who performed the surgery called me herself right after to let me know how it went. Definitely worth the trip! They helped put my anxieties at rest and my puppy is recovering nicely. Thanks!
