Very very rude receptionist on the phone, for number of times. I wonder if this is a plan to have them being like that so people do not bather them and go to other locations? But hey they are urgent care for local people and attitude is super poor. Who should this issue be addressed??? If someone knows please share

While I cannot comment on the actual quality of service of Urgent Care, I am very disappointed with the security person posted at the west entrance of the building. Her incompetence is dangerous and her attitude is negative, borderline sikken. This morning, before the program started at 7:00 am, one of the staff (out of kindness, I guess) invited us to wait inside the building, between the access doors. I thanked her but told her that having people in that small room (with heavy traffic from staff coming to work) may infringe on the physical distancing requirements. I left that room and waited outside for the doors to open to the public. I am guessing that the person did an excellent job after that, reporting the event to security. What the security person understood to do was an example of her incompetence and poor attitude. Instead of correcting the problem immediately (there was still one person left in that room that was less than 2 meters on the path of every staff that entered the building) she decided to apply me a correction, probably for not minding my own business. Waited for me to enter the building when the main door opened and threaten me to watch what I tell staff. When I asked what she means she just left. I guess she felt that it was her job to identify the situation, assess and remedy. The fact that someone else stepped in and 'entered her territory' made her feel insecure. This is not the first time the incompetence and rudeness of this person affected the good and proper security of the facility, but certainly it is the last time. I have documented all instances that I felt were not appropriate and will contact the facility's management to make a formal complaint. Mistakes like this can have dangerous consequences: not respecting the physical distancing can result in tragic events for people at high risk. Needless to say, those are the people accessing the services of a facility like this. For now, just the one star rating.
