I always thought that we had a good website but it just never seemed to generate the right amount of business even though there has been lots of traffic going to it. I scheduled a call with Rich from RailGun and he immediately determined the problem was with the copy - we talked a lot about the technical aspects of our services but not about the outcomes that a client would receive by using our SEO services. Rich did a re-write on some of our copy and the difference was immediately noticeable.
