This dealership is by far the best one I have been to in Alberta. I got an oil change done on my 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 and was amazed by the customer service and professionalism. I was greeted by Judy when I entered the service bay; it was my first time coming to this dealership and she was so helpful and kind. I have had bad experiences with customer service reps at other GMs in Calgary.... Cochrane GM does not have this issue. This GM also made me feel extremely comfortable and they did not rush with me at all! I will continue bringing my vehicle here to get serviced, along with my other GMs! Thank you for the amazing service Cochrane GM! I look forward to coming back and telling others to come here!

If there was an option for 10 stars I would picked 10! I spent weeks looking for a truck and had no luck. A family member told me to go see Kam Sheikh and Jim Findlay at Cochrane GM. Found a truck I loved in a matter of minutes, they brought it in and added all the accessories I wanted. I received a competetive trade in value for my vehicle and got a great price on my new truck. The whole experience was comfortable, easy and painless. Great staff, great service. Don't go anywhere else!

If we could give 10 STARS for the team at Cochrane GM, we would. 5 Stars doesn’t give enough praise for how pleased we are with our recent purchase of our 2021 GMC Sierra. We had a very clear goal as to what we were trying to achieve for the cost of a new vehicle and the options that we wanted on the truck and from the moment we contacted the dealership, we were treated amazingly from the whole team. Not only did they listen to exactly what we wanted, they were able to give us that and MORE. We never felt like we were being ‘sold’ or pressured to hurry and buy before someone else scooped the truck we were interested in. The best part, the team of Jim F, Scott L and Greg C were absolutely amazing to deal with the whole way through the buying process. We could not ask for a better experience in purchasing a new vehicle and thinking about it, it was by-far the best experience we’ve ever had at any dealership and couldn’t recommend this team more if we tried. Just brought our new truck home after the best new vehicle purchase we have ever had. Salesman Scott never pressured and answered all our questions— was very knowledgeable with the product. We also had service done in our old vehicle— time we asked for was adhered to —a very unique experience fir us. Would definitely recommend Scott and Cochrane GM if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Called for a service appointment, was booked in right away, service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, cost came in slightly below quote which is always a pleasant surprise and they took it a step further by washing the car. 100% would recommend and will certainly return for any and all service needs.
