Sam is one of those people that you instantly trust and know that she is genuinely there to support. Thank you for being a part of making my dreams come to action with many more to come through your farm. Not to forget even experiencing a family weekend getaway there that was much needed. We hosted a surprise birthday/anniversary party for great friends. Their family arrived from out of town one day prior to set everything up. The home is perfect for a family gathering. Its warm and inviting with plenty of space. The kitchen is fantastic and an absolute pleasure to work in. The outdoor space offers beautiful country views and lovely gardens in every direction. The property offers a wonderful and welcoming retreat, with beautiful linens and special touches you would find in a luxury hotel. Highly recommend Cobblestone Farm Retreat!

Just spent 3 fabulous days :):):) at this B&B. It was my first time in Northumberland county. Beautiful, clean and comfortable house, wonderful host Sam (she is very hospitable and makes yummy breakfasts), beautiful horses at the farm, peaceful surroundings, majestic nature (even now, in the end of November). Simply - a piece of paradise.
This place is a true gem. Your blood pressure goes down just pulling in the driveway. I have had the pleasure of staying at Cobblestone a few times and it is wonderful. Sam ( the owner) goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and relaxed. The horses are always a highlight. Can’t wait to go again soon.
