Our food manufacturing company, Honest Dumplings, needed temporary storage for a trade show in Vancouver at the PNE Forum and Coastal Portable Refrigeration Rentals made it happen. Service was excellent. Andrew went over and above by finding us a cooler trailer on short notice and had it set up and secured quickly and efficiently on the day we arrived. Very professional, great service, highly recommended. ETA: We booked Coastal Portable Refrigeration Rentals for a second show in April 2019. Demonstrating care for the customer; Andrew has installed rubber bumpers around the cooling unit inside the trailers. This nice touch probably prevented me getting stitches.
This is a late comment for Andrew's wonderful service back in 2018. It was a project lasted for 5 weeks that our walk-in freezers require renovation. Andrew came in on site the afternoon right after we contacted for service and provide us a quote on the recommended size of freezer unit required. He was so efficient and flexible even offering discounted rate for us in terms of the duration of service needed. He brought in the rental unit the next day and helped us to set up and organize everything in person. He went above and beyond to provide assistance during the goods transfer as well. He was there for me from the beginning to the end of the project. He is absolutely an amazing and responsible owner who take actions and think for his clients' best interests. I will recommend Capital cooler to anyone that in need of help.
Had a in house cooler failure and needed a temporary solution until we could get ours repaired. They were quick to react on short notice on a Saturday afternoon and gave excellent customer service. Highly recommend these guys. They'll definitely be the first guys we call if we ever need a mobile cooler again.

Excellent service from Andrew and the folks at Capital Cooler Rentals during recent compressor replacement on our walk in freezer. What's more, Andrew waited until things were up to temp and consistent before leaving and was on call for us if needed. Excellent service, very highly recommended, worth every penny!
