I need to give a special shout out to John Elkington. I was very excited to buy a used Audi SQ5 from the dealership and the process was very straight forward. But John truly went above and beyond. About 6 months after the purchase I had an issue with the winter tires that came with the vehicle. Being a salesperson of true character John helped me find a suitable replacement and even covered the cost. He totally stood behind his word and did the right thing. I’ll recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great honest salesperson and a sweet ride.

Jason helped me purchase this Escape so I could tow my camper. He was super chill, honest, and easy to work with. After the sale, him and his team continue with the great service for all my vehicle-related questions and needs. Not the worst car buying experience I’ve had—quite the contrary.
From the moment we contacted Coastal Ford we received prompt, courteous, professional assistance. We traded in a 2004 Lightening and purchased a 2008 Shelby GT 500. We live on Vancouver Island, so it was not easy during COVID to make the Decision and head over to Vancouver. Ken contacted us immediately, with knowledge and enthusiasm, and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We added requests during the sale and Ken Made everything happen and quickly. From the receptionist, to other sales associates, the business manager and the insurance writer, everyone worked together with efficiency, as we were getting the deal done just before a long weekend, so had ferry schedules to juggle. Thank you to the service team for Squeezing us in.....Tires, Rad, and the other extras. We received a warm welcome from all staff and they are so pleasant, always smiling and made us Feel valued. Our experience was 1st rate and would definitely recommend Coastal Ford Vancouver. Thank you Ken and Staff for caring.... our Shelby is home on the Island and we look forward to many leisurely drives....and some quick ones also. way over priced service. my car was there a couple weeks ago for a full service. cost me 100. all fair. now i need a headlight replaced. the charge .... 43. so I can get my car serviced and it takes 2 hours and costs me 100. and now they wanna spend 5 minutes on my headlight swap and charge me 43 plus GST. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? this is highway robbery. good job coastal ford you have lost a long time client. good luck and good riddance.
Got our Honda Fit here. 5 stars is cause our salesman Benny was such a good dude!! He should be running this place imo.
