Top- notch service, Dr Joshi is by far the best dentist I've ever had. He changed my smile!!!!! I appreciate how he always takes the time to explain all of the potential treatment options with me and he is very thorough. I've never doubted his knowledge, professionalism, and desire to provide the best treatment to his patients. I got my veneers done by him and they are beautiful and sturdy, and I love them!!!

Great team! Helpful and professional, they took care of everything and really went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. Most importantly, the dental work I had done is perfect and with no subsequent issues. Also in these covid times, I felt safe and comfortable with their protocol.

I was really not feeling safe during my first and only visit. Be aware that they are not serious about Covid precautions. The front desk people wear masks only to show off but they take them off most of the time so the air in the office is not safe. More importantly, the dentist, who should be protecting my health, was not wearing the mask properly. She was only covering her mouth but her nose was completely exposed. I do believe that following covid rules is mandatory for healthcare professionals. Not doing so cannot be forgiven as patients in dental offices usually don't wear masks.

I am sorry to say that, but there is clearly an issue with office management. There is no consistency with the office people or the dentists. I have a family of 4 and we moved to this clinic 4 years ago. Before it was much, much better when Leeanne was in the office by-herself. After she left, nothing works properly. There are more people in the office, but is worse and worse. Not only that we see different dentists and assistants every time, but when you show up to your appointment you realize that they forgot about you. I got tired of seeing a new face every four months or so. They were supposed to send you a reminder before your appointment, but they are not all the time. The office personnel is NOT knowledgeable and they are screwing with payment as well. They make you pay more because they don't know what they are doing. Recovering your money is like pulling your teeth out with no anesthetic. Nice office, but unfortunately when the office management is not taking care of you is harder and harder to keep going...
