I have to write this review as COACH ONLINE is so wried. 7/30 & 8/13 I ordered two items from COACH ONLINE ,but today (8/26) two orders all been cencelled as all items sold out. I couldnot understand as why I called to Customer Service Representativeand then told to me there is no more item, the website could showing immediately there were short of item when I made order. Most funny thing is when I contact Customer Service Representative, and she said evertime when I want to order a item the best things I can do is to call representative again, like make sure item still in stock, whihc I am think that the COACH ONLINE is most workless and uesless website I had never see .

Good quality leather, different choices of bags wallets, and gadgets. Just at the lower level of pacific centre. Just get off by sky rain, Canada line and bus. By the heart of downtown Vancouver

Pacific Centre Coach store is the most friendly coach store in my own experience. They solved my problem with online purchased send me the wrong item . They corrected the mistake. Doesn't like Metrotown coach happened last year, refused to accept return bag I don't like, insisted that is final sale item (30% off is all final sale can't be returned the staff said). Later I went to Pacific Centre Coach, the sale girl accepted it without question. So I recommend this store..if u want to buy any Coach products, don't go to wrong one.
