I came to by an electric heater. I asked at costumer service which eisle they were in and was told the wrong one. Another associate in the paint are told me the correct eisle and where on the eisle to find them. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
I wish I could give this review zero stars. Was just at the Home Centre in Circle drive looking for some help with plugs for our composite deck. We had purchased the products for this deck about 2 years ago, we recently installed a pool and had to modify our deck. The contractor was asking us if we had the plugs that go with the screws. We contacted CO-OP yesterday talked to a very kind man on the phone and he was very helpful and said to come in the next day, and bring a piece of the material with us and between who was working there they could come up with something to help us. Maybe they might not carry that product anymore but be able to look into or help us find an alternative. Went in today, not only did I wait about 15 minutes at the Project Centre desk with no one there to help, but the man whom I didn’t get his name, (short hair, glasses, about 45-60 years old) I explained what I was there for, and not only was he combative and unhelpful, it seemed like I was wasting his time with my inquiry. The man was a total a-hole. I wasn’t even gonna bother giving my business to this place. This might be a one off experience but it’s totally soured whatever kind of business I would ever do there. And I’m a CO-OP member. Very unprofessional and just not how I would expect a service based business to operate.
Excellent service from Cindy. Took the time to help us out, answer our questions and make great suggestions. Stores need more staff like that.
The staff is one of the best in Saskatoon, helpful and knowledgeable in what they are selling. l am always happy with my purchase.
